Base Versions

The Content Management System is available in three base versions (Enterprise, Gastro and Hotel)).

These base versions contain all basic functions, like page administration, search engine optimization, picture administration, contact form, etc. which are required for the operation and administration of a website.
Each base version additionally contains special functions needed for the respective business sector. The “Gastro” version for example includes the module "meals and beverages".

• Page Count
  Any quantity of pages can be managed within the website
• User Management
  Log-in system for administration
• Menu Structure
  Administration of menu items and navigation (2-level or 3-level)
• Page Administration
  Administration of pages and contents, Word-like editor with image administration, predefined CSS classes and predefined templates
• Contact Form
  Central contact form, recipient is specified via link, i.e. e-mail addresses of employees / contact pesons are not listed in the source code (spam protection)
• News
  Administration and publication of news texts
• Search Engines
  Meta tags available for every page, optimized hyperlinks within the webpages, breadcrumbs on every page
• Homepage
  Assignment (=publication) of news texts to the homepage
• Multi-language support
  The webpage can be built up in different languages (language is automatically chosen by user´s webbrowser)

Business-specific functions of the base version Enterprise

• Employees/Contact Partners
  Administration of employees and assignment of contact partners to individual websites
• Products
  Administration and presentation of products

Business-specific functions of the base version Gastro

• Meals
  Administration and publication of meals (2-level categories), text, price and image for each meal (price and image are optional)
• Beverages
  Administration and publication of beverages (2-level categories), text, price and image for each beverage (price and image are optional)

Business-specific functions of the base version Hotel

• Offers
  Administration and publication of offers including direct links into the reservation form
• Reservation Form
  Central reservation form, extended form validation (e.g. arrival date not later than departure date)

Each base version can be extended and customized by using a wide range of additional modules.
