Modules

The ProvenSys basic system can be nearly expanded by any additional modules. All modules are in-house developments and can be expanded and modified without any problems.

Of course each of your required functionality can be developed and integrated into the ERP System as individual module.

Overview of the available modules

• ProvenSys Mandator Ability
  Add on Module

  Each mandator has its own data. But the addresses in tside the system are the same for all mandators. This means if one mandator is changing i.e. the street of a partner this changing will be effectiv also for all other mandators.

  Administration of Units within ERP-System, Ability to convert any units, i.e. Millimeter in Meters, KG into lbs, etc. The linear equation Y = a + b * X applies. With this method any linear relationship is represented.
• ProvenSys Characteristics

  User is able to define and/or change characteristics for materials. Applies for all Articles, SKU’s, etc.
• ProvenSys Customer Relationship Management

  Contact administration within ERP-System.
  Consists of:
  Administration of all documents relating to any customer, Reminder function (follow up calls, etc.), Automatic saving of emails (Outlook 2000 and later), Automatic electronic filing of all proposals, Invoices, Bill of ladings, etc.
• ProvenSys User Rights Administration

  User rights administration within ERP-System by user groups, by individual Read -only, access ability, etc.
• ProvenSys Multilingual

  Setting of any different languages and character sets (e.g. Russian, Chinese). The system automatically uses the right language for customer correspondence. Data entry screens of ProvenSys ERP system can be configured for user specific language.
• ProvenSys Bar-Coding
  Add on Module
  (requires ProvenSys Base Module)
  For each SKU, Store or Employee an unique Bar-Code may be printed which identifies the specific entity. The Bar-Codes are based on EAN or a Global Unique Identifier which will be worldwide unique. This allows to trace an entity through the complete Business Process up to delievery to the Customer. By using Global Unique Identifiers the System is also already prepared for RFID because the data will stay the same whether Bar-Code will be used or RFID. With our easy to use Entity-Move-Program any SKU may be tracked through the Plant and also to the Customer-Order with only one single Scanning Action.
• ProvenSys Expense based Billing

  Invoicing based on (monthly or project depending) expenses. All expenses booked to the Order may be transfered (and printed) into the invoice.
• ProvenSys Manufacturing Work Orders MWO
  Add on Module
  (requires ProvenSys Base Module and ProvenSys BOM)
  Based on present Customer Orders, the system can generate Work Orders within a given time frame. The SKU`s within a BOM are checked for availability and whether the SKU is a Purchased Part or In House Manufactured Part. Depending on this check a purchase order, inventory reservation or work order is generated.
  Identical SKU or In House Manufactured Parts may be grouped together to build one MWO.
• ProvenSys Scheduling
  Add on Module
  (requires ProvenSys Base Module and ProvenSys Work Orders)
  The Work Orders are timed and scheduled within a Gantt-Graph. Equipment and Manpower may be allocated for the particularly Work Order.
  Work Order may be prioritized to determine the possibility of shifting subsequent Orders.
