Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA, National Custom Hollow Metal Doors and Frames (NCHM) is the leading company in customised fire-rated frames and doors. NCHM uses the ProvenSys enterprise resource planning (ERP) system from NewCOMer, a partner of Informare, for customer relationship management, order management, invoicing, price calculation, production, warehouse management and timekeeping. By using ProvenSys’s production papers and barcodes throughout the shop, NCHM has simplified production flow and control processes, while reducing the risk of incorrect information within various sections.

The Cap Company Alpar Kosa based in Straubing uses ProvenSys for entering and billing cab rides. Due to the complete modular design of ProvenSys it is possible to hand such a mighty tool like an ERP-System even to small companies. In this case the enterprise only gets the modules which are relevant for supporting the needs of a cap company and buys a low budget software which might be enlarged without trouble up to a complete ERP-System.

For the Johannesbad group, we installed our content management system in 18 hotels at 9 locations in Europe.
Complex individual adjustments enabled us to realize all requirements specified by the customer, e.g. dynamically created flash animations that can be changed via the administration, the statistics system for the central control of the administration processes In all hotels, and much more.

A goal of this project was to create an information platform for citizens and tourists which can be managed easily by the city administration.
The core functionalities - News, E-Government or Events – can be managed in the administration area without programming skills. Due to the multi-client capable architecture of the system, new platforms e.g. for tourists can easily be built.
